The position
As Capacity Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the Capacity overview in Sourcing QC are in place to support the growth in Novo Nordisk.
This involves:
Ongoing dialogue with a vast stakeholder landscape including all Novo Nordisk projects impacting the capacity in Sourcing QC, to understand what we will be receiving within the next 12 months + the long term outlook
Understanding the inflow of new methods and numbers of batches by close collaboration with our Materials Manufacturing Development department.
Identifying and communicating the correct mitigating actions to our internal organization and offering support for implementation
Communicate with our purchasing department to insure clear prioritization
Drive cross communication in our area.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, we imagine you:
Hold a Master’s degree within natural sciences, supply chain, engineering or any other related field
Are used to analyzing data set and can present complex data into actionable actions
Possess good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrate significant stakeholder management skills preferably gained in a large organization
Have 5+ years of experience in building and maintaining a strong collaboration with stakeholders across the organization
Are fluent in Danish and English (both written and spoken)
As a person, you are analytical, structured and can work with frequently changing priorities. You are action-oriented and can get things done. Finally, you possess excellent communication skills that allow you to communicate with people at all layers of our organization, while adapting your message and presentation accordingly.

Sourcing QC is in Hillerød. We analyze raw materials and packaging materials used in development to our end-product. The department consist of approximately 150 dedicated employees split between 3 areas and 9 teams which consist of a diverse group of people. The team that you will be a part of is responsible for supporting Sourcing QC. The department is a part of Sourcing Operations (SoOp).
