Case Competition | Event Volunteers

As an Event Volunteer for our upcoming case competition, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the event's success. This event is being developed in collaboration with a prominent Nordic VC fund and supported by major Danish universities.

You will oversee logistical elements and ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You will work closely with the Senpage management team to deliver a seamless and engaging experience for all participants.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about event management, enjoys working with diverse teams, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Gain hands-on experience managing a large-scale event while contributing to its success.

Potential Responsibilities

• Volunteer Management: Assist in coordinating volunteers, ensuring they understand their roles and have the support they need.

• Event Logistics and Coordination: Oversee event setup, schedules, and day-to-day logistics. Handle any last-minute adjustments to ensure the event runs smoothly.

• Communication and Collaboration: Liaise between the project leads and volunteers, ensuring everyone stays informed and tasks are delegated appropriately.

• Event Execution: Ensure the event adheres to its timeline and delivers a seamless experience for participants.

Requirements

• Experience: Prior experience in event coordination, project management, or volunteer management is preferred but not required.

• Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.

• Education: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate from a program related to event management, business, or a similar field.

• Personal Attributes: Positive attitude, team-oriented, and passionate about entrepreneurship and social impact.
