THE TEAM
You will join an ambitious and dynamic team of dedicated and skilled colleagues, collaborating closely with buying, design and sales and you will have the overall responsibility for the knit and outerwear categories across Main, NOOS (“Never Out Of Stock”) and Express collections. NOISY MAY, as a brand, is undergoing exciting development, and you will play an important role be leading our knit and outerwear team within NOISY MAY’s buying and design department. THE ROLE
As Category Manager, you will lead a team of four talented buying colleagues. Your ability to inspire and motivate the team will be crucial in selecting the right products to meet diverse market needs. You will collaborate with your team, design, sales, and suppliers to develop high-quality products that meet our standards and market needs. To foster strong relationships with external stakeholders, you will visit suppliers and key accounts. While your focus will be on knit, you will also contribute to outerwear development. This strategic role involves close collaboration with the International Buying & Product Manager and leadership team to strengthen the department, with a focus on sustainability, exploring new markets, and identifying growth opportunities.

With a proven track record of collaborating closely with designers and suppliers, you excel in negotiating quality, price, and delivery. Your structured, strategic approach allows you to drive supplier development and category growth. As part of a small team, you take initiative and make independent decisions, while leading by example, sharing knowledge, and contributing to collective success.
