The position
As the central S&OE Manager you will be responsible for driving the demand and supply balance in the upcoming 6 month across International Operation. You will be a crucial part of overseeing the S&OE process across the organization and participate in optimizing the process in close collaboration with stakeholders across the value chain.

Qualifications
We are looking for an experience supply chain professional, with over 5 years’ experience in diverse roles within supply chain planning, consultancy or supply chain projects. You understand the value chain and are able to process data to decisions.
In addition, you possess:
Proven expertise in Supply Chain Planning, Performance Management, and Supply Chain optimization within a global organization, preferably in the bio-pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights and business intelligence into actionable recommendations.
Successful collaboration and trust-building with stakeholders across functions and organizational levels, including senior management.
Curious, open, and honest individual with a passion for cultural diversity and a global mindset.
Proficient in collaboration, stakeholder management, and navigating complexity in a global matrix; skilled in persuasive communication and decision-making at all organizational levels.
