We’re Hiring! Ceramic Production Worker at MK STUDIO

Love working with your hands? Passionate about ceramics? We’re looking for a Ceramic Production Worker to join our small but dedicated team at MK STUDIO in Glostrup, Denmark.

Job is for people currently residing in Denmark and holding a valid CPR number – this position is only open to candidates already living in Denmark.

• Slip casting porcelain – handling molds, pouring clay, and ensuring quality.
• Organizing mold storage – keeping things tidy and easy to access.
• Prepping materials – mixing porcelain and glazes to get them production-ready.
• General workshop tasks – keeping the workspace efficient and organized.

• Someone independent and reliable – you manage your own time and get things done.
• A hands-on person who enjoys manual work and has great attention to detail.
• Comfortable lifting items up to 20 kg – molds and materials can be heavy.
• No experience? No problem! If you're eager to learn, we’re happy to teach.
• Experience in ceramics or slip casting? That’s a big plus!

• Hourly pay starts at 140 DKK for the first trial month. After that, pay will be adjusted based on experience and efficiency.
• A 20-minute paid break during your shift.
• Possibility of a paid pension after the trial period.
• Flexible working hours after a 3-month trial period – you decide what fits your schedule.
