The position
As a Change Lead/ Project Manager in the NextGenSAP programme, you will support us in shaping and driving the regional project of our next-generation ERP platform with SAP S/4HANA, as well as safeguarding local processes and systems connected to SAP.
This role encompasses a broad range of project management, change management, and operational tasks. You will collaborate with the Regions, the global Core Team at our head-quarter (HQ), and functional experts across various areas. You are expected to be the in-formal project lead of the Regional Lead, supporting them in ensuring local systems and key stakeholders (Key users, SMEs, Local System owners, and their leaders) are identified and involved in communication, testing, training, and other relevant activities to ensure a smooth transition to SAP S/4 HANA.
Project management and Change management responsibilities will include:
Your responsibility will also include identifying resources in the regions to support testing, oversee it, and ensure that testing is completed successfully, on-time and to a high-quality standard. You are expected to provide guidance and support to regional teams on SAP-related topics.
Furthermore, you will manage hyper care activities, including overseeing the resolution of is-sues and ensuring that all necessary support is provided to end-users
This role will be located in our headquarter in Denmark and will be active from now until 2028.

About the Department
As Change Lead for Finance, you will be anchored in Digital Finance and Architecture, re-porting to the Director of PMO. You will work closely with the Finance Transformation Lead of the SAP S/4HANA Programme and the core team based in HQ, as well as regional func-tions such as supply chain, finance, accounting etc.
The main project over the coming years, will be to upgrade our current Enterprise Re-source Platform (ERP) called SAP ECC to the most modern SAP ERP solution, SAP S/4HANA.
NextGenSAP will introduce SAP S/4HANA at Novo Nordisk, which provides the organisation with a robust, flexible and future-proof digital backbone that supports our strategy and brings us into the future.
NextGenSAP programme is anchored in Finance, Product Supply and DD&IT with more than 100 colleagues allocated around the world, primarily based in Denmark and India.
