The position
is a 12-month maternity cover based in our office in Søborg. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you need: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (or equivalent) in fields such as organisational development, communications, business administration, psychology or relevant. Demonstrated hands-on experience in change management, training, and communication. Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint), video editing tools (e.g., Synthesia, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), different LMS and training systems. Ability to create visually appealing training and communication materials. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills: written, verbal and visual. Fluent in English, written and spoken The preferred candidate demonstrates a strong service orientation, upholds high quality standards, and contributes positively to our team with a can-do attitude, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. They should be capable of working both independently and as part of a team. About our team Our Change, Culture & Value Realisation Team consists of 12 dedicated colleagues driving change adoption to maximise the benefits of the strategic programmes we support across the Regulatory, Quality and Clinical Reporting (RQ&C) business unit. RQ&C is an area of approx. 1. people, which is part of the Development area in Novo Nordisk delivering innovative treatment solutions to the benefit of our patients.
