Channel Sales Manager, Enterprise Informatics Nordics
Job Description
As an Enterprise Informatics Channel Manager you will be responsible for managing a network of channel partners that drive growth for Enterprise Informatics in the zone. This is accomplished through efficient and collaborative management of our Channel Partners via trained and motivated sales professionals.
Your role:
Accountable for growth of the Enterprise Informatics (EI) portfolio through channel partners in the zone
Develop a deep understanding of Phillips EI portfolio products to effectively train and onboard channel partners on the respective value proposition
Focus on the support and enablement of current and new channel partners to increase coverage and scale of the EI portfolio.
Working closely with the Partner Account Manager and bringing together the EI sales specialist capabilities for supporting partners.
Supporting our partners to build their informatics capability and share of wallet alongside their investment in growing within the EI portfolio
Drive channel partner sales enablement, setting targets and creating sales initiatives
Stimulate and monitor partner’s technical training and certifications
Monitor channel partner performance status through monitoring sale KPIs and take proactive measures to ensure channel partner performance
Generate accurate indirect sales forecasts to Regional Business leadership and EI Zone Sales Leader to contribute to business planning
Generate regular reports on channel partner activities, sales performance, and market feedback to Regional Business leadership
Stay up to date on the market trend, competitive intelligence, and market developments to identify further opportunity and adapt regional channel partner strategies accordingly
Collaborate with channel partners on contract negotiations to secure mutually beneficial terms
Collaborate with Philips sales leaders to deliver on shared EI business objectives
Be responsible for compliance performance within the region and for reporting compliance issues quality & regulatory functions
Maintain Salesforce hygiene to enable effective reporting and forecasting
Collaborate with Enterprise Informatics zone solution architects, Solution Architects and Sales Specialists to deliver on key enablement strategies and assets.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Health Informatics business following a strong knowledge of the industry and experience leading channel partners in the zone.
Resilient sales mindset, able to adapt in a dynamic customer environment
Driven by a strong external focus, understanding the industry and market dynamics.
Problem-Solving skills. Able to find solutions to difficult or complex issues and drives continuous improvement
Quality first and Patient Safety mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including fluent English and relevant local languages.
