Chef at Ayuttaya

Are you passionate about Thai cooking?
We are looking for a cook to prepare Thai menus in our restaurant Ayuttaya in Copenhagen alongside our head chef.

About Ayuttaya:
We believe that you don’t need to travel far to enjoy the flavors of Thailand.

Ayuttaya opened as one of the first Thai restaurants in Denmark on November 1, 1994, with the vision of bringing a touch of Thailand to Denmark through great food and fresh ingredients.

The restaurant has always belonged to the same family and started with a small room that today serves as our take-away section and entrance, while we have expanded into adjacent spaces.

Although much has changed over the years and the restaurant has grown, our head chef and the core of the Ayuttaya family have been with us from the beginning.

Job Description:

As a cook at Ayuttaya, you will:

• Prepare and organize ingredients
• Cook and plate authentic Thai dishes
• Ensure high quality and presentation of the food
• Work closely with kitchen staff to maintain an efficient workflow
• Clean and prepare the kitchen for the next workday
• Perform various ad-hoc tasks, etc.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Thai cooking is a great advantage
• Creative and passionate about cooking
• Ability to work in a busy kitchen environment
• Flexible and adaptable
• Good collaboration skills and a positive attitude
• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
