We are currently seeking a skilled chef to join our team.
The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Guangzhou, Sichuan, and Dim Sum cuisine and possess a strong culinary background. They should be comfortable working both weekdays and weekends, have an open-minded attitude, and the ability to handle pressure with a positive attitude.
Fluency in English, Chinese, or Danish is required.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and preparing dishes for a la carte service Developing and planning menus that showcase Guangzhou, Sichuan, and Dim Sum cuisine
- Managing kitchen operations and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Training and supervising kitchen staff to ensure consistent food quality and presentation
- Ordering and maintaining inventory levels of kitchen supplies and ingredients
- Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Keeping up-to-date with food trends and industry developments
