Chef with Michelin star experience for restaurant Levi, Copenhagen

At Restaurant Levi in central Copenhagen, we are looking for our new colleague in the kitchen.

The style follows an harmonious combination of Italian/Japanese gastronomical worlds, the goal is giving our guests a sublime experience with every plate, keeping in mind our high standards and big attention for details.

The menu changes several times/years and we also have a tasting menu that changes according to the offers of our suppliers.

 We are looking for a colleague who: 

• Has at least 1 year of experience on Michelin stars restaurants
• Has at least 1 year of experience with top level Asian / Nordic gastronomy
• Has a  European work permit
• Is used to working with English as professional language
• Is very skilled, have no problem to work with high quality ingredients such fish, meat and vegetables
• Has a big focus on details and perfection, is precise and disciplined, has a very organized mind set and like to work in a very clean and meticulous environment
• Cooking is a real passion and this industry is not just a place to make money.
• Is a team player able to work independently
