About the Position
In this role, you will, in collaboration with the team, support a wide range of chromatographic methods for the analysis of raw materials and excipients for pharmaceutical production. You will be a key person, using your high level of expertise, analytical mindset, and chromatographic experience to ensure our production flow through the quality assurance of released raw materials.

Qualifications
It is important for the position that you understand chromatography and preferably hands-on experience in the field. Additionally, it is beneficial if you are familiar with working according to pharmacopoeia (Ph.Eur., USP, JP, and CP) and GMP, although this is not a requirement.
We envision your background could include:
Familiarity with QC-relevant processes such as deviation handling, laboratory investigations, laboratory equipment qualification, and method validation/verification would also be an advantage. However, the job primarily focuses on your chromatographic experience.
About the Department
Sourcing QC is part of Sourcing Operations, which is ultimately responsible for the incoming supply chain at Novo Nordisk. Sourcing QC is responsible for the chemical analysis of raw materials, excipients, and primary packaging materials, as well as for the physical testing of primary and secondary packaging materials. The department has approximately 130 employees distributed across 9 teams: three chemical teams, three packaging material teams, and two chromatographic teams, all located in Hillerød.
The position is within one of our chromatographic teams, which, together with the other chromatographic team and the two chemical teams, is responsible for the chemical control of raw materials/excipients for both API and finished products. The team consists of 9 laboratory technicians and 4 chemists.
