Your Role:

As CMO, you will become a co-founder and play a pivotal role in shaping Krown's future. You'll work closely with the founding team and with the advisory board to build a global brand that revolutionizes how people think about dating. With our MVP gaining traction and a clear product-market fit, we need a strategic marketing leader to scale our user base and establish Krown as the leading innovator in the dating industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with our mission to transform dating

• Brand development and positioning across all channels, ensuring consistency with our innovative approach in collab. with our branding advisory.

• Create and oversee implementation of growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention

• Build and manage a high-performing marketing team across digital, content, and experiential marketing

• Drive partnerships with venues, events, and brands that align with our vision

• Own the marketing budget and ROI metrics while scaling operations efficiently

• Collaborate with product teams to ensure marketing insights inform product development

• Lead market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions

  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in senior marketing roles, preferably in dating apps, social platforms, or consumer tech

• Proven track record of building and scaling consumer brands internationally

• Strong experience in growth marketing and user acquisition for mobile apps

• Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media strategies, and performance marketing

• Experience building and managing high-performing marketing teams

• Data-driven approach with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

• Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment

• Strong network within relevant industries (dating, social, entertainment)

• Experience with community building and viral marketing campaigns

• MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred

Compensation:

Compensation is flexible and will depend on your experience and contributions (We are in the process of getting investment). Equity options are available for the right candidate.
