As CISO at Logpoint, you’ll be pivotal in advancing our security program.

Oversee and Manage Security Operations: Lead the implementation and execution of security procedures, processes, and policies to protect Logpoint’s assets, data, and infrastructure. Collaborate with Internal IT and Product Security Teams: Work closely with internal IT to ensure robust internal security practices and with the product security team to enhance product resilience and address security vulnerabilities. Monitor Threats and Conduct Risk Assessments: Regularly assess emerging threats, conduct risk evaluations, and prioritize security measures to proactively safeguard the organization. Report on Security KPIs and Maturity Improvements: Provide ongoing reporting to the internal security committee on key performance indicators, security posture improvements, and compliance with established targets. Your professional toolbox:
8+ years of experience in security management, incident response, or a related field. Experience working with product security teams and internal IT teams Experience with security standards and frameworks (ISO27001, NIS2, CIS18). Who you are:
Proven Security Professional: Solid background in information security and either work as a security manager or ready to take on the challenge of a CISO role. You have experience supporting and driving security initiatives in a structured and collaborative way Process-Oriented and Detail-Focused: Find satisfaction in seeing well-designed processes run smoothly, and you’re passionate about helping an organization mature its security practices.
