You will play an important role in:

As a key member of our Claims team, you’ll handle claims, manage orders, and follow up on deliveries related to replacement shipments. This role requires independence, a strong sense of team spirit, and the ability to work with colleagues from diverse Asian cultures.

Moreover, you will:

• Process customer claims efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with colleagues and internal departments.
• Communicate with our Asian licensees and MAN’s local offices in Asia.

We imagine that you are:

• A dedicated professional with a deep understanding of service and customer focus.
• Experienced in claims processing/handling, preferably in a technical role.
• Proficient in English, with strong communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in SAP/R3 (a major advantage).
• Commercially savvy with experience in similar roles.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Can work structured with a strong overview of open and pending cases.
• Proficient in Outlook and not afraid to pick up the phone to follow up on pending cases and orders.
