Cleaning & Facility Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated new Cleaning & Facility Assistant based in Hvide Sande, Denmark.

Davai is an active and dynamic international company specialized in bridge renovation, certified wind turbine service and supplier of highly skilled and certified manpower for a wide range of different professions. We strive to provide a professional and timely service whether customers are large or small. It has more than 50 employees working on projects in both Denmark and other countries such as Norway, Lithuania and Turkey.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Keeping our premises clean and tidy at all times in close coordination with the HR Department in Klaipeda and Grenaa.
• Secure daily maintenance of the buildings and their equipment, either by own hands or by chosen contractors.
• Reporting directly to the Project Director in cases where employees have demolished the property or violated the house rules.
• Transport of personnel and Laundry.
• Run the Excel account of Room Management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Highly motivated and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven cleaning and facility management experience.
• Fluent English language skills both written and verbal.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Must have valid driver's license (Category B).

WHAT WE OFFER:

• Stable job in Denmark.
• 4/4 rotation (means 4 weeks work, 4 weeks off).
• DKK 165 gross per hour + pension, holiday pay, insurance etc.
