Cleaning Inspector

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Cleaning Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee and ensure that cleaning tasks are performed to the expected quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Inspect and assess the quality of cleaning in various facilities to ensure compliance with company and client standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of cleaning staff’s work.
- Provide feedback and guidance to cleaning staff to improve performance and ensure quality control.
- Create inspection reports and document findings.
- Ensure that cleaning schedules are followed, and any issues are promptly resolved.
- Assist in the development and improvement of cleaning procedures and standards.
- Collaborate with team leaders and supervisors to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Address and resolve any client complaints or concerns regarding cleaning standards.

**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a cleaning or supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable for the role).
