The position
In this position, you will, together with the rest of the team, be responsible for cleaning validation and monitoring of the equipment in the department. Supporting the cleaning processes on a day-to-day basis and ensuring smooth operation is key to success for this team. This also means optimizing current monitoring processes within regulatory requirements and handling problem-solving in a systematic manner to eliminate issues completely. Depending on your experience, you will also be involved in product changeovers, optimization projects, and over time, assist cleaning colleagues across production facilities.
There is a strong focus on LEAN systems, which, together with our quality mindset, drives continuous improvements across the department. Everything we do is regulated by GMP, and as such, you must be aware of the challenges this creates.
Key responsibilities include
• Data monitoring and analysis, deviation handling, and measurement
• Taking necessary actions to ensure continuous compliance with the requirements from authorities
• Upgrading and validating the cleaning processes
Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you have:
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering field such as biotechnology, chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related discipline
• Experience with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is a strong advantage
• Prior experience with cleaning processes in a similar work environment is preferred
• Knowledge of fermentation, recovery, or purification processes gained through studies or work experience is a plus
• A strong understanding of chemical processes and the production environment is essential
• Fluency in Danish or a willingness to learn is required
As an individual, you have a detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills for interpreting data combined with excellent communication skills. Moreover, you have an ability to remain positive and adaptable in a dynamic environment where priorities may shift quickly. You use a proactive approach to being a go-to person and providing support to colleagues. You are interested in new technologies, especially as the industry moves towards Industry 4.0.
The department
You will be working in the Purification Department, where several products for diabetes patients are produced. We are an independent department responsible for the entire purification process, including cleaning validation and monitoring. We are approximately 210 employees working in close collaboration to manage this responsibility and deliver life-saving medicines daily.
The department is part of Manufacturing I (M1), where the purification teams collaborate across multiple production facilities. You will, therefore, have a large network to both support and develop your personal and professional skills further.
