We seek an experienced Client Lead to join us, build our team and support clients in maximising the value of their Adobe Experience Cloud investments.

Responsibilities
Identify and develop opportunities within existing accounts to maximise adoption & growth potential.
Engage with stakeholders across different levels to understand their business and build trusted relationships.
Create and secure client buy-in for strategic roadmaps with a 6-month or longer horizon.
Execute strategic initiatives, laying the groundwork for technical consulting delivery.
Prepare and lead quarterly client meetings, driving engagement and alignment on key initiatives.
Contribute to the development of client success stories and case studies.
Mentor and guide colleagues, sharing expertise and fostering professional growth.
Support the creation and refinement of scalable frameworks that drive customer growth.
Competence
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (AEP, CJA, RTCDP, AT, AJO, ACC…)
Fluent in Danish language
Proven ability to develop and implement long-term strategies that align with client business objectives and drive measurable growth.
Extensive experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders, with a track record of securing buy-in for complex initiatives.
Expertise in identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and creating actionable roadmaps to realize these opportunities.
Significant experience in a consulting or advisory role, with a deep understanding of how to translate client needs into practical solutions.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and influence decision-making at all levels.
Deep knowledge of the industries in which Accrease operates, with the ability to quickly understand client challenges and propose relevant solutions.
Ability to navigate and succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adjusting strategies as needed to meet changing client needs.
Knowledge of developing scalable frameworks that support client growth, ensuring consistency and efficiency across engagements.
Understanding of digital transformation initiatives and how they can be leveraged to drive client growth
