As a Client Success Manager, you will be the "face of Relesys" and become our client's best friend and trusted advisor. You will work eagerly to understand your client's business, the users of our software, and the possibilities with how their personalised app can empower their frontline workforce and connect them to HQ! We have a highly collaborative team where you will work closely with the sales team, implementation team, digital designers, and product team to make sure our Client's app shines and is as unique as they are to us!
We are already working with NL based clients like HORNBACH, The Sting Companies, Intertoys, America Today, Vue Cinemas, We Fashion, Dunkin' Donuts etc., which are amazing brands and proof of the quality and reputation of our product, service, and attention to detail that we always provide to our clients. Our clients are not just considered our customers, but we consider them our colleagues with whom we build strong and long-term relationships
