You will join our Global Clinical Development (GCD) organization and become part of an incredibly cohesive Global Clinical Program Management team comprising 5 Clinical Program Leads and our Senior Director.
We continuously collaborate to create more effective, streamlined, and optimal processes for clinical development across all of Ferring's therapeutic areas, which include reproductive and women’s health, gastroenterology, and urology.

Your day at Ferring
You will be part of GCD extended leadership team and be a core member of the Global Project Team. Much of your time will be dedicated to stakeholder management, as you will be responsible for a continuous flow of information to ensure buy-in across functions within our project matrix organization. Your work will therefore depend on collaboration, interaction, and information sharing across the organization, including relevant functional experts.
Maintaining a strategic and tactical overview, you will support the Clinical Project Managers (CPMs) in ensuring that all trials are executed according to the approved development strategy, timelines, and budget. The goal is to ensure alignment of execution strategies, program standards, and knowledge across clinical trials within a program.

Our spectacular state-of-the-art office, Soundport, near Copenhagen Airport, will be your primary work location. However, as we collaborate internationally, you will get great flexibility in managing your workday – including the option of working from home up to 2 days a week.
