About your role

At Continia, we empower businesses with cutting-edge software solutions. As a Cloud Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our internal IT infrastructure as we transition completely to Azure. You'll gain hands-on experience with the latest cloud technologies and contribute to ensuring a smooth and secure IT environment for our 180 employees.

You'll be involved in daily IT operations and support, working closely within IT & Business Application team to troubleshoot issues, maintain systems, and assist with further development in both infrastructure and security. This role is a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow your IT skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.  We value individuals who are eager to learn, detail-oriented, and have a strong interest in cloud technologies.

What you will be doing:

• Provide technical support to internal users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Support and maintain Azure Virtual Machines, networking components, and security tools.
• Help manage user accounts and access using Entra ID and Office 365.
• Contribute to our device management and access policies in Microsoft Intune.
• Assist in the migration of on-premises infrastructure to Azure, gaining experience with cloud technologies.
• Support the use of Microsoft Defender for Cloud for enhanced security.

About you

We imagine you have the following qualifications:

• Good understanding of IT infrastructure concepts (e.g., networking, servers, operating systems)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office applications.
• Strong interest in cloud technologies, particularly Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
