Cloud Architect for the development and operation of containers in Azure and Kubernetes

In Digital Solutions, the subsection of ATP responsible for IT, data and digitalisation, we play a crucial role in digitalising Danish society as we are responsible for the systems guaranteeing financial security for the benefit of all – from each individual to society as a whole. 

We are currently looking for a Cloud Architect to join Cloud & Network, where we help design and develop applications safely and securely for our application teams.
 
We are looking for a colleague who wants to take responsibility for developing and maintaining our container platform in Azure and ensuring a stable, secure, and cost-efficient solution so that our developers have an agile platform at their disposal—a platform which encourages putting ideas into action. 

As a Cloud Architect, your primary tasks will include: 

• designing and working hands-on with implementing a Kubernetes platform
• managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) 
• coordinating and giving input to DevOps, development and business teams throughout the organisation
• securing and developing our cloud container architecture
• sparring with other teams about the possibilities and limitations of working in the cloud. 

Are you experienced with Kubernetes in the cloud? 
There are multiple paths to becoming a Cloud Architect at ATP. We imagine that you have a relevant educational background and a fundamental interest in cloud architecture. 

Furthermore, it is an advantage if you have:

• a comprehensive knowledge and experience with Kubernetes – preferably in the cloud
• experience with automation and CI/CD
• competencies working with surveillance, logging and diagnostics. 

On a personal level, you are independent and manage to cooperate with colleagues from across the organisation and with external deliverers. You take a methodical and structured approach to cloud architecture and actively engage your surroundings in your work, ensuring a continuous focus on future opportunities and on finding the right solutions for ATP.

Cloud & Network is part of the Operations unit in Digital Solutions. Here, we provide a solid foundation for all digital development across the organisation, ensuring that all systems run securely and reliably.
