Job Description

How does your working day look like …

Together with our Cluster General Manager and two Hotel Managers, the P&C Director is responsible for bringing the best staff on board and making sure that the team has everything it needs for both hotels in Copenhagen. Working in direct contact with staff, you’ll not only make sure that their salary appears in their account in good time, but also that everyone feels comfortable and enjoys working with us. The role is critical in shaping the employee experience and fostering a supportive and high-performing work environment. We’re looking forward to welcoming you to our team ad Cluster Director of people & Culture (m/f/d).

 


Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your CV …

  • You’ve had several years of professional experience in HR management at a hotel or catering facility, and speak Danish and English fluently
  • You have a strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • You have strong  problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • You have high level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism 
  • You’ll bring to the job assertiveness, consistency and team spirit, so that you can give your colleagues optimum support in staff management
  • You can inspire colleagues and support their development
  • You’re a doer – and even if you do it wrong sometimes, you openly admit it
  • You’re not just bringing your abilities, but also your character
