Landfolk is seeking an ambitious, innovative, and broadly skilled CMO with experience in B2C marketing, particularly in digital contexts, to drive our growth in the coming years.
As CMO, you will have end-to-end responsibility for marketing and overall strategy. You will join the leadership team and report directly to the CEO.

Landfolk is looking for a strong marketer with a deep understanding of digital marketing, branding, and community building as drivers of growth. You should be familiar with nearly all marketing disciplines to set the right strategy for achieving Landfolk’s business and growth objectives.

Marketing and brand platform
Loyalty and Landfolk’s Membership Club
Digital marketing channels (mid and upper funnel)
Strategic planning
Customer acquisition and retention
Budget management
Market research
Team leadership

The beating heart of Landfolk is our brand and community. We are building a premium, curated vacation experience that everyone loves, forging exclusive partnerships with hosts, guests, and service partners through our three-sided marketplace.
Landfolk was established in 2021 by seven co-founders, including seasoned digital entrepreneurs specialising in marketplaces (e.g., Gaest and Airbnb). Today, we employ a team of approximately 50 people and are headquartered in Aarhus. With solid investors like EIFO, Heartland and SEED Capital, our international expansion is in full swing, currently focusing on Norway, Sweden, and Germany, and expanding into Southern Europe very soon.
