The Role:
As a co-founder, your primary responsibilities will be:

• Developing and executing marketing strategies for our clients.
• Delivering strong results through performance marketing (Meta, Google, and LinkedIn).
• Continuously optimizing and scaling client campaigns.
• Driving product delivery and overseeing creative outputs for the agency.

Who You Are:

• You have at least 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in an agency or similar role.
• You have strong expertise in paid advertising on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
• You are data-driven and thrive on optimizing campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
• You’re excited about joining a startup journey where you can leave your mark and grow alongside the company.
• You’re a team player who takes initiative and thrives with responsibility.
