Commercial Customer Contract Manager

The Customer Management team is responsible for ensuring a fantastic customer experience when receiving services from Vestas under a service agreement. Our customers include RWE, Shell, Total Energies and SSE. Our aim is to build and maintain great customer relationships and drive customer centricity to deliver value to customers and Vestas. The department is part of the Offshore Service Operations organisation in the Vestas NCE Region. Here you become part of a collaborative team of > colleagues who daily work on delivering services for offshore wind farms for our trusted customers. This includes everything from strategy work, operational quality, health & safety, technical case handling to delivering the services on the wind turbines offshore from one of our service vessels.
