As a Commercial Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our Senior Vice President (SVP) of Sales. In the role you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the business, working across the organization with exposure to senior management. The role involves high complexity, with tasks ranging from operational execution to tactical planning and strategic initiatives, providing a diverse and dynamic work experience.

The type of projects and tasks will vary over time, but might include amongst others: preparing business cases, prepare the weekly sales performance report, lead organizational implementation of PowerBI and CRM, facilitate planning workshops.
Key Responsibilities:
Project management: Lead and support cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery timelines.
Operational & Tactical Support: Follow up on tactical initiatives to provide the SVP Sales with a comprehensive, fact-based overview of ongoing initiatives.
Data analysis: Conduct quantitative analysis to support the SVP Sales with the creation of data-driven business cases and decision material for senior management.
Organizational implementation: Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and systems in our sales organization (e.g. CRM, web-solutions, power BI).
KPI Monitoring: Collaborate with Regional Directors to gather and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing the SVP Sales with an accurate and timely overview.
Qualifications:
As a person, you pose the ability to adapt to shifting prioritize, work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Further, you are proactive and bring positive mindset towards problem solving.
A master’s degree in business administration or similar.
Project management experience preferably in a cross-functional and commercial setting.
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to monitoring progress and maintaining project alignment with business goals.
Strong quantitative analysis skills and experience creating decision materials for senior stakeholders.
Technical proficiency in Excel, Think-Cell, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and Power BI.
High level of integrity, capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
