This role will be based in Hørsholm, but covering regionNorth Europe (the U.K., the Nordics, Germany, Austria & Switzerland),hence some travel activities will be necessary in the position
Your responsibilities
This is a brand new role, where you will be reporting into the Regional Business Development Director for region North Europe. One of your main responsibilities will be to define, implement and sustain an effective communication process in the region.
Other key tasks:
Optimize Internal Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies that enhance collaboration and streamline processes across the region.
Facilitate Information Flow: Ensure seamless information sharing between departments to support decision-making, project execution and change management.
Strengthen Team Engagement: Create and manage internal communications that boost team spirit, engagement, and alignment with company goals.
Plan Regional Events:Coordinate and manage regional events to ensure smooth execution and high engagement.
Support Strategic Projects:Provide project support on strategic initiatives to realise regional ambitions.
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have a relevant educational background within communication or similar combined with some years of experience in communications, ideally in an international corporate environment.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely in English – German language skills is an advantage.
Furthermore you:
Have a proactive approach to identifying and solving communication challenges
Are a dedicated team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Are creative thinking and have the ability to develop innovative communication strategies
Have experience coordinating corporate events with 100+ participants
