Here is what the job entails
As our Communication Coordinator, your job will be focused on developing and coordinating internal and external communication ensuring clear, engaging, and aligned content that strengthens our brand and communication impact. Given the nature of your tasks, you will have broad contact with different stakeholders such as digital marketing specialists and content creators of all sorts. Additionally, you will play a key role in continuously strengthening Kamstrup’s communication capabilities.

More specifically you will be:

Developing and executing an internal communication plan, including publishing news and notifications on our communication platforms

Coordinating, developing and taking editorial responsibility of social media content in collaboration with Marketing, Corporate Communication and Employer Branding

Supporting management and corporate communication

Collaborating with external partners to execute, analyze and optimize paid social media

Assisting in the execution of editorial forums and corporate storytelling initiatives

In this role, you will gain insight into the functions and tasks involved in driving impactful communication in a global organization. We will also ensure you receive thorough training in our communication platforms, messaging strategy, and the DNA that constitutes our brand.

Meet your future team
Reporting directly to our Head of PR and Communication, you will join our global marketing department, which consists of more than 34 committed, talented, and diverse colleagues. You will be working out of the PR and Communication team with four great communication professionals as your trusted teammates. We are based at our headquarters in Denmark and across our sales offices worldwide. Together, we work towards supporting the business in their goals by strengthening the Kamstrup brand globally. In our team, you will experience a collaborative and dynamic work environment, where knowledge sharing, creativity, and teamwork are key to our success.

Less about us, more about you
We are looking for a Communication Coordinator, who is ready to strengthen our internal and external communication activities. Whether you are a recent graduate or have experience in a similar role is not important, what matters most is your ability to transform ideas into engaging content that creates business impact.

To succeed in this role, we imagine you:

Have a degree in communication, International Business Communication, Marketing Communication or similar

Preferably bring some level of video content development and editing skills

Are a team player who excels at building trusting professional relationships and aligning communication with company goals

Possess strong project management skills and an eye for following up on details

Thrive in a dynamic, creative, and international work environment where priorities can change from day to day

As we are an international organization it is important that you are fluent in English and Danish.
