The position
As our new Student Assistant, you will join the PS API Expansions Communication team anchored in the PS API Business Development & Strategic Communication department, reporting to the Communication Senior Manager. Together with the PS API Expansions Communication team, you are responsible for all internal communication, including employee communication, change management communication, leadership communication as well as internal platforms and channels in the PS API Expansions organisation. 
Your key responsibilities are included but not limited to:

• Developing and reviewing texts for internal and external communication channels 
• Designing presentations targeted at internal or external audiences
• Managing publication processes
• Assisting with various operational tasks, projects, and events

Practicalities: 

• Part-time position
• Working hours: Upon agreement but approx. 10-15 hours
• Location: Kalundborg, Denmark

Qualifications
You are a current student in the final year of your Bachelor’s or first year of your Master’s degree, studying Business Communication or a related field (At least one year of studies remaining is required).

• Excellent writing skills
• Comfortable balancing operational tasks with independent project work
• Service-minded, detail-oriented, outgoing, and eager to learn
• Fluent in spoken and written English

PS API Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major API Expansions projects across Novo Nordisk to serve the needs of millions of patients. 
We build and design our future API facilities as multi-product facilities with flexibility to accommodate future processes and display state-of-the-art technology and working environment. We focus on delivering the highest quality to patients globally in an efficient and environmentally sustainable way.
