We are on the lookout for two assistants to join our project team supporting the Digiwind project. You will use your communications and marketing skills to promote the Digiwind educational portfolio as well as assist in the development and maintenance of a new CRM system.

Supporting Europe’s digital and green transition, DigiWind will deliver the interdisciplinary Specialised Education Programmes (SEP) needed to future-proof the careers of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) professionals in wind and energy systems through their acquisition of advanced digital skills, including the Digital Europe Programme’s (DEP) key capacity areas of High-Performance Computing (HPC), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cybersecurity, and other emerging technologies.

Tasks will include:

  • Ad hoc marketing and communication tasks
  • Graphic design, such as posters, one-pagers, infographics and leaflets
  • Video filming and editing 
  • Digital marketing, such as email marketing, social media marketing and content marketing 

Our expectations
You have a BSc. and we imagine that you are well underway with your MSc in communications, multi-media, journalism, film studies, digital marketing or related field. 

It is an advantage if you have experience and/or talent for working with:

  • CRM systems and managing MQLs and SQLs 
  • Marketing across digital platforms, such as email, LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Content Marketing

What we offer you
You will be part of a dedicated project team with senior researchers, communications and business support colleagues who will offer you the chance to be part of a unique and innovative European project advancing access to digitalised education in green transition skills.

Salary and appointment terms
The appointment will be based on the collective agreement with the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations (AC) and other relevant collective agreement.

Working hours are on average 15 hours per week and can be organized flexibly in relation to holidays, exams, etc. The starting date is immediate or as fast as possible and no later than 1 May 2025. 

The job is a project position and will last no longer than the duration of the project which is expected to end in early 2028, 30-36 month after the start of employment. 

Please note that the workplace is DTU Risø Campus near Roskilde  (and occasionally Campus Lyngby), with opportunities for occasional work from home depending on tasks.
