Belmont Lavan Ltd is seeking a dynamic Communications Manager to oversee and enhance our internal and external communications strategies. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing corporate communications, public relations, and brand messaging.
The Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing communication plans that support our business objectives while effectively engaging with stakeholders, media, and the public.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage communication strategies that align with the company’s goals and mission.
- Create compelling content for various platforms, including press releases, newsletters, social media, and the company website.
- Act as the primary spokesperson for the organization, guiding all media engagements and press inquiries.
- Manage crisis communication and ensure the organization’s reputation is safeguarded.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all channels.
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Organize and oversee events, press conferences, and media briefings to promote the company's initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with media professionals, industry partners, and stakeholders.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in communications management or a related role, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful communication strategies.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Experience with media relations and a solid understanding of the media landscape.
