Communications Manager

Turf Tank are looking for a Communications Manager to join the Marketing team in Svenstrup J, just outside of Aalborg.

The perfect candidate is self-driven, creative, analytical, motivated, and knows what it takes to run internal and external communication.

Are you organized and flexible enough to switch between different tasks and prioritize them to meet deadlines? Is your focus on user experience while crafting clear, compelling messages that resonate with diverse audiences? Do you excel in written and verbal communication, are proactive
in identifying opportunities for brand growth, and have a strategic mindset? Lastly, can you help ensure a consistent message throughout communication, both externally and internally, across the organization?

We know it’s a lot, but you might be the new Communications Manager! The marketing team needs the help of an ambitious new teammate who can take them to the next communicative level.

The ideal candidate is someone who is innovative and likes to think outside the box, but also brings a few key skills to the table:

• Strong Communicative Skills. Both written and verbal. Especially in English. You should be able to break down complex topics into simple, digestible pieces that anyone can understand.
• Customer-Centric Approach. You get that it’s all about the customer. Understanding their needs and communicating clearly to meet those needs is what you do best.
• Adaptable and Flexible.Things move fast in the company! You should be comfortable switching gears and juggling multiple tasks in a dynamic setting.
• Focus on Learning and Development. If you enjoy creating content that helps people learn—whether it's the team or the customers—you’ll fit right in!
• Commercial Mindset. You don’t need to have a degree in business, but a bit of commercial know-how will definitely help.
• Meet deadlines: We know, it’s a cliché right? but being able to meet deadlines is imperative with all the content you are going to produce.
• Experience with digital communication. If you’ve got experience with things like emails, blogs, and online communication, we’re off to a good start.

The tasks you’ll be performing:

Here are some of the tasks we envision you carrying out (but are not limited to):

• Develop and execute communication plans that effectively convey the company’s objectives and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Tailor communication strategies to cater to the needs of the eight markets where Turf Tank operates.
• Create style guides and brand voice outlines for all public relations, marketing, advertising, and other vital departments to keep our messaging consistent.
• Ensure a consistent tone in all used materials (internally and externally).
• Develop materials to educate staff on communication practices.
• Overall copywriting, including creating various content such as articles, blog posts, and marketing emails.
• You will lead the Turf Tank Help Center and Learning System, where you'll maintain the Help Center and help build our learning system by gathering materials for internal training and customer education.
