Role waiting for you
As a Communications Specialist for digital workplace adoption, you will be supporting our product teams in creating communication and adoption campaigns towards all employees in Novo Nordisk, on how to apply the different technologies and solutions within Digital Workplace. We use multiple channels such as VivaEngage, end-user networks, sharepoint, meetings, newsletters, and through our it-support-organisation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Creating communication and branding about tools and services from Digital Workplace (new or existing functionalities, enforcing best practices, showing what tool to use when, or provide tips on how to use them effectively and efficiently)
Analysing and creating feedback loop on user needs as responsible for the annual survey getting collecting feedback from employees globally on our services
Conducting presentations both virtually and on-site towards employees both in a global and local setting (expect travel to Danish sites on a regular basis)
Participating in planning, and running the virtual Digital Workplace Festival provided once yearly for all Novo Nordisk employees
Skills we look for
To be successful in this role you should have:
A relevant master’s degree and 2+ years of experience within communication, branding, consultancy, or any other area related to driving change
Experience with utilising M365 tools
High understanding of end-user segmentation and personas (Experience with UX and Design Thinking methodologies is an advantage)
Are outgoing, good at communicating and can have dialogue with people on all levels of an organisation
Full professional proficiency of written and oral English and Danish is required
You should also have a solution-oriented mindset and be able to present ideas effectively, demonstrating a good understanding of customer service management, along with the technical aspects of our services. Moreover, you possess a high level of integrity and strong negotiation skills. The ideal candidate for this position should have a quality mindset and analytical skills, as well as be open to feedback and able to work independently while paying attention to deadlines.
