Communications Specialist

We are looking for a Communications Specialist for our client in the pharma industry.

Location: Greater Copenhagen, hybrid.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Experience in managing and updating SharePoint pages – including layouts
• Strong design skills with experience in creating newsletters and presentations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Word
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to convert and convey technical oriented content for a wide array of stakeholders (both tech oriented and business)
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design and layout
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in branding and corporate communications is highly desirable
• Strong English skills - both oral and written
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Update and enhance the layout of the Global Integration Team's internal SharePoint pages
• Review content and identify improvements to enhance user experience and accessibility.
• Newsletter Setup and Design
• Develop and design newsletters to communicate important updates, achievements, and information to the team
• Establish a streamlined process for creating, approving, and distributing newsletters
• Ensure newsletters are visually appealing and aligned with the company's branding guidelines
• Presentation Creation and Branding
• Create compelling presentations to highlight the team's capabilities, achievements, and initiatives
• Ensure presentations are consistent with the company's branding and visual identity
• Collaborate with team members to gather content and insights for presentations
