Community Manager

Who are we? 

We have developed a unique B2C platform on top of YouTube that we believe have potential for mass adoption. Our product was originally designed by our CEO together with a few engineers. We are at a pivotal moment in the company's history as we are right now hiring a local team in Copenhagen to begin go-to-market based on viral growth strategies.

What do we believe in?

We aim to create a product with a generational impact. We understand that in order to build a thriving business in the B2C segment we need to use acquisition strategies that keep our CAC close to $0. We believe we have come up with the magic sauce for just that. Coupled with lucrative paid features we believe we are geared to create a unicorn business.

What is our culture? 

We love cranking out a phenomenal product. We obsess over the users and we aim to have a real positive impact on our users lives. We believe technology is a double edge sword that can have both negative and positive effects. We believe what we are building can foster meaningful connections and community. We are therefore passionate about growing and reaching as many users as possible. We want this to be an epic journey where we build a brand that has a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities

Creatively lead community building activities to foster a thriving community around our platform and brand. Strategize creative approaches and define how users interact with our brand. Our go-to-market activities focuses primarily on the teen demographic although our brand and product is serving a wider audience. You will strategize both physical activations as well online strategies. You will work closely with other members of the team to define and refine the strategies to positively move the needle in our users lives. Both through our community activities and also through the product itself.

You understand the innate power in being able to lead and create spaces for people to connect. Building and fostering community excites you and feels like your calling. You have that rare ability to get people together, and to get people to open up and grow together. You know just how valuable your ability to build community is, and you wish to use your work as a way to extend this positive impact and contribution to as many people as possible.

What stage are we in? 

We are putting together our key team in Copenhagen. We are a young startup with a mix of senior and young operators. Startup experience is a plus but no must.
