Moreover, as appointed asset manager for the Heimstaden Bostad group, we drive the European real estate market towards a better and more sustainable tomorrow.
The Team
Our Group People & Culture team (P&C) is the heartbeat of Heimstaden's corporate culture, spread between Copenhagen, Oslo, and Malmö. The team is responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering an environment that supports our employees' growth and development. Additionally, you will also work closely with our Group Finance team, and our local P&C teams across all our markets.
This full-time position can be based in either our Oslo or Copenhagen group HQ, and as part of our team, you will be in a team of six Group professionals and report to Chief People, Culture and Organizational Transformation Officer.
