About the department
Safety Surveillance Office is a newly established department within Safety Surveillance in Global Safety and is situated in Søborg, Denmark. In Safety Surveillance, we are 180+ employees and have global responsibility for the surveillance of all safety information for Novo Nordisk’s products, which are currently marketed or under clinical development.
The department is responsible for ensuring strict compliance with regulations, including overseeing deviations, inspections, and audits. In addition, we drive and oversee the Safety Surveillance Council, ensuring the governance of SOPs and procedures. Another main function is to encompass continuous training efforts, process innovation and optimization, acting as a point of contact for onboarding and due diligences, serving as a centre of expertise for product integrations, and driving the execution of Data Monitoring Committees across the Safety Surveillance function.
The position
In this position, you will be responsible for organising and aligning our onboarding programme and the training of our new employees. You will play a key role in defining and implementing relevant learning methodologies and supporting technologies to enhance the learner experience and output. You will further be responsible for driving initiatives for innovative, fit-for-purpose process optimisation and training.
