Som personskadebehandler vil du rapportere til Consumer Claims Manager for Danmark og Norge.
I denne rolle vil du være ansvarlig for flere forskellige opgaver indenfor skadesbehandling. Primært omhandlende sagsbehandling af komplekse personskader, kontakt med kunder samt interne og eksterne samarbejdspartnere.
Selvom dit primære ansvarsområde vil være indenfor personskader, vil du også få ansvar og opgaver indenfor komplekse rejseskader og PPI-produkter. Derudover lægger vi vægt på at du er med til at sikre et godt samarbejde mellem den eksterne mægler og vores interne underwriter, sørger for rettidig og korrekte reserver i sagsbehandlingen samt holder dig opdateret om den nyeste udvikling og tendenser i dit fagområde.
