LumiDocs is an AI-powered platform designed to help MedTech companies get new products to market faster, with less risk and cost. Our secret sauce? We analyse the massive pile of documents needed for CE marking, pinpoint any non-conformities, and suggest ways to fix them.
We’re a team of second-time founders who’ve raised over €10 million in our previous ventures. We’ve got the commercial and technical bits covered, but now we’re looking for that missing piece: someone with solid experience in medical device certification and navigating the QMS maze (ISO 13485 and MDR, we’re looking at you).
We want you to help us fine-tune our current product, play a big role in shaping what comes next, and lend your expertise when we’re talking to customers. You’ll be coming in as a co-founder, on equal footing with the rest of us.
Collaborate with our CTO to ensure our product's output is high quality.
Use your network to help open doors and build relationships for LumiDocs.
Be part of the commercial operations (yes, that means helping land new customers and ensuring they love what we’ve built).
Have meaningful conversations with our existing customers to uncover new needs and features.
Become our go-to voice in the compliance world, spreading the good word about LumiDocs at industry events and beyond.
Take on the random yet vital co-founder tasks that always come up. If it needs doing, you’re on it.
Maybe you’ve been a consultant guiding MedTech companies through regulatory approvals.
Or maybe you’ve worked in a MedTech company and were a key player in regulatory projects.
Either way, you’ve spent quality time with MDR and ISO 13485, and it shows.
You get it: this isn’t just a job; it’s a co-founder role. That means lots of responsibility,r a big equity upside, and helping build something from the ground up—culture, product, and everything in between.
You’re self-motivated and excited to help us make a mark in the medical device industry.
You can handle the ups and downs of startup life, celebrating wins and helping the team push through challenges.
You’re comfortable in customer-facing situations and know how to bring a commercial lens to the conversation.
You’ll get the same equity share as the current co-founders.
Salary? It's not competitive for now (we’re bootstrapping), but we’re okay with you taking on some consultancy work on the side in the beginning.
We plan to stay bootstrapped for at least 2-3 years.
