Join our Global People Operations Team
We are looking for a new colleague to support our international workforce by managing compliance, mobility processes, and HR data. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues across the organisation, providing guidance on international employment matters and ensuring that HR operations run smoothly.
Your Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement compliance frameworks, policies, and processes
Advise on cross-border mobility, and function as hands-on resource on international projects, from housing arrangements and relocations to development of policies
Support business when initiating operations in new markets
Ensure proper HR data management and conduct the actual data migration in acquisitions
Collaborate with internal and external partners to maintain compliance and best practices
Provide guidance on HR requirements and procedures, especially in locations without local HR presence
Monitor and ensure adherence to global policies and employment conditions across NIRAS
What We Are Looking For
We image you are organised and detail-oriented with an understanding of HR processes, compliance, and cross-border mobility.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, supporting colleagues and providing clear, practical guidance. You can break down complex information and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
You are comfortable working with IT systems, have solid experience with Excel and PowerPoint, and you are eager to leverage technology to enhance processes.
Fluency in both Danish and English is required, as you will work in a Danish office environment while supporting international operations in English.
