The position
As a Conscious Scaling Lead at Novo Nordisk, you will identify, conceptualise and facilitate implementation of business development initiatives, by understanding how Corporate Facilities can scale and grow consciously, to meet the significant increased demand from the business areas in Novo Nordisk.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Identifying and implementing business scaling opportunities in close collaboration with colleagues and partners, that both optimise use of resources and improve customer experience with long-lasting effect
Be the program lead for strategic scaling initiatives, including key digitalization projects
Work closely with the Conscious Scaling Analyst, developing and executing a business development strategy, creating and implementing a comprehensive plan to identify, target, and engage potential stakeholders in alignment with Corporate Facilities’ goals and long-term ambition
Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in target organisations to understand their needs
Creating and delivering presentations, proposals, pitches, and business cases to stakeholders
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree, with 10+ years of experience, that include working with scaling and as a business developer in a large global organization.
To succeed in this role, you have the following qualifications:
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record in scaling situations, growth, incubator, or innovation environments
Experience working with business transformation based on digitalization, with structured approach towards business development and creation of business cases
Solid project management experience with managing cross-functional tasks
Strong stakeholder management skills with an ability to identify and work with both academic and commercial customers
Ability to motivate junior and senior colleagues, as well as management, and proven leadership exposure or a strong interest in leading teams
On a personal level, you excel in identifying initiatives, and developing solutions. Having self-driven, proactive and innovative approach, you consistently come up with ideas and initiatives that address scaling needs efficiently, ensuring that growth is achieved sustainably and effectively.
