Our Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) team consists of approximately 100 colleagues located across numerous countries. Our primary responsibilities are engineering, procurement, and construction of utility-scale renewable projects. We work closely with the local development team, and we have many stakeholders across the organization, including project financing, PPA, and QHSE.

As our new Construction Manager, you will be part of our project execution team, and your primary focus will be to support the development of Danish projects from an EPC point of view. Your role will be to effectively steer the construction of our multi-MW sites by handling the interface between our European Energy´s project managers, engineers, procurement professionals, and the numerous construction subcontractors on site as well as communication with local authorities.
As a person, you work independently and thrive with responsibility from day one. You perform tasks in a structured manner and ensure that tasks are completed, that deadlines are met, and that the result meets the agreed requirements, frameworks, and rules. You have excellent communication skills and are skilled in establishing solid relationships with various internal and external stakeholders. You should be wiling to spend a considerable amount of time on-site when Constructions are ongoing, as site presence is critical to succeed.

Location: The position requires most of the time to be spent on construction sites, combined with the possibility of working from home or our offices in Denmark.
Travel activity: Regular site visits depending on the current construction phase
