The position
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Direct project execution.
Create and develop the project plan.
Monitor and control project work.
Negotiate project resources with Line of Business (LoB) management and manage these resources during project execution.
Establish the appropriate project governance together with the project owner.
Additionally, you will report project performance to the relevant stakeholders, perform integrated change control on the project, archive all key project data, and close and evaluate the project. Ensuring compliance with Novo Nordisk's Quality Management System and Product Supply Environmental, Health and Safety Management system is also a critical aspect of the role.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
An academic degree with at least 3-4 years of experience within project management, focused on construction projects – particularly rebuilding within the pharmaceutical industry.
Industry experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
Experience collaborating with various stakeholders.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Danish is an advantage.

About the department
You will be joining the Aseptic Manufacturing Science And Technology Quality Control (AMSAT QC) Kalundborg department, where we are responsible for supporting the production with chemical and biological analyses. The department consist of 43 people spread across two buildings, both of which are undergoing reconstruction. As a Construction Project Manager, you will report to the Hiring Manager and be part of the management team in the area, ensuring that all projects are progressing as planned.
