Job Description

We are a small team supporting our COO for Deloitte Denmark and CFO for Deloitte Nordic, Niels Peter Larsen. The team is responsible for analysis, formulation and execution of strategy, creating the platform for the future to enable our business units. In general, we are dedicated to ensuring that we bring the best of Deloitte to our clients while running a sustainable business. The team members’ backgrounds are primarily within management consulting which comes to show in a structured- and hypothesis-driven way of working.

We offer a full-time position with a high level of flexibility and informality which builds on trust, teamwork, and integrity. The projects are challenging with extensive opportunities for development and learning. Finally, you will become an integral part of an organization built on the values of quality, inclusion, and impact, as well as a team where good relations and social activities are prioritized.

As part of the team, you will make an impact by working closely alongside the Danish COO and Nordic CFO on understanding and solving complex business problems and developing insights to help guide the firm. Emotional intelligence and financial acumen will be key in your daily work when you interact with senior stakeholders across our organization.

Focusing on business optimization, your projects will center around:

  • Executing business optimization projects (top- and bottom line) in close collaboration with the team, senior leaders, and business owners to drive change.
  • Performing quantitative analysis and translating facts into solutions for improving business performance.
  • Developing presentation material aimed towards audiences at the top levels of the organization.
  • Partaking in projects within the scope of the COO and CFO space executing on and providing financial insights in the agendas which are most essential to our business.

Qualifications

  • Have a few years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business development, corporate finance or similar – preferably with experience within business optimization and/or data analysis.
  • Hold a master’s degree within business, economics, or similar.
  • Naturally seek responsibility and have an entrepreneurial mind with a passion for driving change.
  • Perceive yourself as good at problem solving and building relations with senior leaders.
  • Are fluent in Danish and English - both orally and in writing.
