We are now looking for an ambitious part-time/student to help us shape and execute our communication and content strategy - both securing our efforts on the top level and how it can benefit our broader audience; the Nordic startup ecosystem at large.
As our Content & Communication Associate your main focus will be to help shape and execute our content strategy and ensure great experiences for some of the biggest VCs and founders in both the Nordics and internationally. You become part of a small team building a new department from the ground up - expect hectic days with lots of room to influence and grow!
Mesh Community is a leading Nordic Startup Community supporting 5000+ members with co-working spaces, events, and services for the startup community across the Nordics. Mesh is also the owner and operator of 4 co-working hubs across Denmark and Norway, and the number 1 Nordic startup recruiting platform The Hub with more than 2.3 million annual users. In 2025, we are launching our new network department, gathering the top of Nordic and international founders and VCs:

What content are Nordic founders looking for and how can we best utilize our Mesh Collective activities and the platform we are building to benefit them?
How do we secure high brand value across our activities?
How should we share content from our network events to maximize value for our larger member base?
How do we develop, organise, push, and validate our content together with our valued members and partners?

Supported by our Network Associate, Head of Network Nordics and Group CEO you will:
Execute communication and channel strategy for Mesh Collective & Mesh Community
Help maintain the communication and digital infrastructure to create awesome member journeys, experiences, and engagement across our network
Be responsible for content mix and calendar
Plan and execute communication with partners
Support on event communications and project management; securing high-level of attendees, event experience and comms afterburn
Help secure brand quality across channels (so-me, web, emails, graphics etc.)
Create copy and graphics for newsletters, LinkedIn campaigns, direct emails, and more
Become an active member of our Nordic startup community and have fun!
Ideally you are looking to have a career in - or already have some experience from - a startup, growth company or other fast-paced, low-resource and innovative environments, where you have to take initiative and build to scale.
You have a proven record in copy writing skills, basic visual and graphics execution (Canva as a minimum) and a commercial go-getter mindset.
Be fluent in English - especially written as most communications and content will be in english
You understand brand activation and digital marketing. If you have direct experience with professional thought leadership, b2b sales, and/or LinkedIn content creation it’s a big plus.
A bit of no-code techsavvyness will go a long way as we work with a diverse techstack (CRM, web, event-apps etc.).
