Content Creator - B2B Communications

Create Impactful Content

As our Content Creator, you will be instrumental in planning, producing, and delivering content (both text and visuals), primarily for digital platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with our product management team, who will provide key insights into products and target audiences, and with our digital marketing specialist, who manages campaign activation and performance analysis. Your main mission will be to deliver clear, engaging, and audience-specific communication aligned with our sustainability ambitions. Additionally, you will help coordinate activities such as trade fairs, brochure development, and other ad hoc tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and maintain high-quality visuals and text for websites, digital campaigns, email marketing, POS materials, etc.
• Develop clear, concise, and engaging content for various marketing initiatives, including account-based marketing, customer case studies, LinkedIn posts, and more.
• Design and update presentations, training materials, and other internal communication assets.
• Write SEO-optimized content and copy for Google Ads to enhance visibility and performance.
• Plan and oversee photo and video shoots in collaboration with external partners.

Given the compact size of our Marketing department, you will also take on additional coordination tasks across the marketing spectrum as needed.

Shape Customer Communication in a Global Company

At Trioworld, you will lead the way in creating and curating content for our Industrial Film division, playing a vital role in an international company that pioneers circular solutions within flexible plastics. You will contribute to establishing a framework for lead generation and nurturing, delivering the right content at the right time throughout the customer journey, in close collaboration with the marketing team.

Qualifications and Skills We Value

We’re looking for a content creator with:

• Proven experience in writing and creating call-to-action-driven content for B2B audiences, primarily in English.
• Proficiency in the Adobe Suite, including InDesign, and the ability to apply brand guidelines effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a structured approach to task management and prioritization.
• A collaborative and agile mindset, with strong interpersonal skills to navigate cross-functional teams, ask the right questions, and distill technical information into accessible content.
• Strong coordination skills and familiarity with marketing systems and planning tools.
