Content Marketing Lead

The Role

We’re looking for a Part-Time Marketing Content Lead to own and execute Kiku’s content strategy on LinkedIn and our blog. This is a role for a hungry, talented individual with a passion for storytelling, an eye for trends, and a knack for making technical concepts engaging and human. What You’ll Do:

• Own Kiku’s Content Strategy: Plan, create, and execute engaging content tailored to our audience across LinkedIn and our blog. You’ll ensure Kiku’s voice is consistent, fresh, and authentic.

• Create High-Impact Content: Write posts, articles, and other creative content that highlight Kiku’s value, educate audiences, and spark engagement in the recruitment and AI spaces.

• Experiment and Iterate: Test different content formats, topics, and styles to discover what resonates most with our audience—and double down on what works.

• Collaborate Closely with Leadership: Work with the CEO and CTO to ensure the content aligns with Kiku’s mission, tone, and growth goals.

• Monitor and Report on Performance: Track content metrics to understand what’s working and where to refine for maximum impact.
