Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will collaborate with our Senior Brand and Communications Manager, our Marketing Designer, our Senior Demand Generation Manager and our Senior Product Marketing Manager in a growth-driven, and highly motivated team of like-minded marketers.
You're a talented writer and content marketer with a commercial mindset and a sharp intuition for crafting content that converts visitors into customers. What motivates you each day is the ambition to tell impactful stories, developing bold and inspiring narratives that make brands stand out in a crowded market.
Responsibilities:
- Identify hot topics for our target personas across different industries and markets. Use the insights to create compelling narratives in content formats that differentiate us from the competition
- Collaborate with clients, Customer Success and Sales teams to create insightful and inspiring client stories that address key pain points and value drivers
- Develop a content calendar and strategy that supports our brand narrative and establishes our thought leadership
- Create and execute content for our website blog, social media channels, and special initiatives, including whitepapers, events, and other marketing campaigns, including thought leadership pieces
- Analyse content performance and iterate strategies based on data, using SEO to improve ranks and visibility
- Ensure all content is consistent, compelling, and in line with our tone of voice and brand guidelines
- Take ownership of the Relesys social media channels, ensuring the content reflects our brand values and reinforces our new positioning while driving engagement from our target audience
Who are you?:
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Content Marketing Manager or similar role
- Min. a bachelor’s degree – or similar in a relevant field
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Experience writing targeted marketing content and copy-writing for ICPs, buyer personas, and buyer journeys
- Experience from SaaS/B2B tech company
- Self-motivated, team player with a growth mindset
- Solid experience managing social media accounts and executing social media strategies across core platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- You can own and drive content projects from A to Z to make sure that projects and content assets are produced and distributed
- Excellent eye for editing and copywriting and spotting any inconsistencies in style and tone across marketing content
Furthermore, it would be great, but not required, if you:
- Can produce assets in one or more of the following applications: Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
- Know how to work with HubSpot COS - or another marketing/CMS platform
- Ideally, you come from a journalism background and have since transitioned into the world of commercial marketing communications
